Charlotte Angus, Associate CIPD member, is a senior learning practitioner and leadership coach with 20 years’ experience in the UK and Overseas, in both management roles and as a practitioner leading on leadership, change management, culture change, team development and interpersonal skills programmes. She has worked across a diverse range of sectors during her last nine years as an independent consultant.
Charlotte is passionate about enabling people to thrive in their workplace, colleagues who are engaged, enabled and empowered are vital for navigating change, delighting customers and driving commercial success. With an innate sense for understanding people and business needs, she prides herself in creating and delivering creative programmes with clear measurable outcomes for both the business and learners alike.
Charlotte is advocate for the growth and evolution of the people profession and is an active volunteer for the CIPD and as part of a portfolio career works part-time for the Association for Coaching as Head of Organizational Membership and Accreditation.
