Chris Mooney, Chartered MCIPD, is based in Bournemouth, Dorset and has built his career around a love of seeing people grow and develop. As a result, he’s amassed 20 years of experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning.
Chris has focused much of his career in financial services and has also supported other private sector organisations as well as public sector and not-for-profits since 2012.
Chris holds the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Certificate in Training Practice. Consequently, the support he provides is grounded, performance enhancing and business focused. In addition, Chris is also an accredited Clarity4D business partner.
Using accelerated and blended learning techniques, Chris’s approach appeals to each learning style and ensures that everyone is included in the learning.
Chris has a natural and friendly facilitation style that helps him to easily engage with people, so that he can truly personalise their learning. As a result, participants frequently leave Chris’s workshops using words such as ‘insightful’, ‘challenging’ and ‘engaging’.
Chris helps participants to focus on actions they can take, rather than focusing on what they can’t change.
