Claire Palethorpe, Chartered MCIPD for over 20 years, is an experienced facilitator, based near Wrexham in North Wales. She is qualified in HR, German and Linguistics, NLP and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is TAP certified. For the past seventeen years, she has been working as a Learning and Development Consultant. Claire has designed and delivered training courses with the focus on leadership and change management programmes.
Claire has a number of areas of expertise, including designing and facilitating leadership and management programmes for both the public and private sectors. She uses her knowledge gained from several years in HR roles to design and implement courses in recruitment and selection and HR policies and procedures for Line managers. Her other specialisms are listed in ‘areas of expertise’ above.
With a background in retail, Claire runs courses focusing on customer service along with call centre training for various civil service sectors.
Claire also speaks fluent German, so runs courses in both English and German.
Claire is an experiential practitioner and believes that learning should be both fun and challenging.
