Based in Nottingham in the East Midlands, Melanie has a complete passion for achieving results through the development of people. Watching people grow and learn is what attracted her to working in L&D and continues to delight her. She has held senior leadership roles herself, as well as running her own L&D consultancy.
Specialising in Leadership development, her niche is working with senior leadership and management teams, helping them develop the skills and behaviours they need to be successful. Mel’s passion for helping leaders with effective communication skills is key to this. Melanie can design and deliver workshops or awayday sessions from a 1-day event to a 12-month modular programme.
