Michelle works with clients from a wide range of sectors who are looking to change difficult work situations that are impacting on their well-being, leadership effectiveness, professional and management skills/behaviours development, career planning & progression and moving on after redundancy.
Her HR Business Partner and Learning and Development experience, combined with her knowledge of psychometric assessment and competency/behaviours frameworks enables her to support Recruitment and Talent Development Programmes and candidates too.
Adept at creating the safe space for clients to think, Michelle challenges clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, to discover who they really are and what they want. Coaching supports them to develop the resolve, skills, and strategies to make the changes they want, to happen.
Michelle has a warm and empathetic style and uses a range of coaching tools and techniques e.g. solution focused, holistic, transformational, cognitive behavioural and vision based coaching, completely tailored to a client’s individual needs
At the root of her support is helping clients to discover their potential, raise awareness and devise strategies to handle their inner- self saboteurs and mind talk and go on to challenge any practical barriers that may exist.
Professional Skills development & career planning can also be supported with the use of relevant psychometric assessments to explore a client’s behavioural preferences both for themselves and when working in a team.
Michelle is not only supportive but able to encourage learners to apply learning in a truly pragmatic way.
Had a really good day. Michelle is a really understanding facilitator and tailored the objectives to the need. Really learnt a lot of crucial techniques.
