Tamsin Régnès, is based in Wokingham, Berkshire and spent over 25 years working in teams within the NHS. She originally qualified and worked as a Pharmacist but discovered a love of training early on in her career, moving into roles with a training component. Whilst continuing to practice clinically, she taught at a School of Nursing and at King’s College London University before becoming part of the Senior Leadership Team at an NHS Regional Education and Training Organisation.

Tamsin is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner and a TypeCoach Certified Professional. She works with teams to help them discover what makes then ‘tick and appreciate that others may ‘tock’ to enhance interactions, team dynamics and communication in the workplace.

She has mainly worked with not-for-profit organisations, the NHS and educational teams.

Tamsin has a friendly and engaging style, with a focus on making the learning stick. She draws on her experience of working in teams to bring differences in personality preferences to life.
