Inclusive Leadership Course

KSL’s Inclusive Leadership Virtual Course will look at what it means to belong and ways in which leaders can ensure their team members feel valued and supported whilst they contribute to the organisation.

Course Objectives

This course will enable you to:

• Identify the importance of acknowledging people for their contribution and making them feel valued for it.
• Understand the principle of the ‘perception gap’ and how this influences the assumptions we make about other people’s behaviour and the inevitable challenge this poses to a sense of belonging and inclusive leadership.
• Explore how to be brave and ‘lean in’ to the difficult conversations that threaten belonging and inclusivity.

• Action planning and module feedback.
