Leading Change
The world we live in is often a confusing place that now moves at rapid pace and in ways that are unpredictable. There are a few models used that help us make sense of this change and guide how to effectively lead our business and teams through these turbulent times.
In this series of three 2-hour ‘bite size’ courses, our highly engaging senior trainer will help leaders make sense of the changing landscape they are facing and help them navigate the change with their teams effectively. We’ll provide them with some models such as VUCA* and BANI* that help them make decisions under uncertain conditions.
* VUCA stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity
* BANI stands for Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible
