Line Management Open Course

Perfect for a new manager, KSL’s Line Management Open Course develops crucial management skills, including how to motivate people, manage performance and give feedback.

Split into 4 x 3 hour online modules, the course also provides a great introduction to performance coaching and effective delegation skills, as well as an appreciation of different communication styles for managers. Participants also learn best practice for managing change and difficult behaviour in the workplace, as well as how to build a high performance team.

Presentation Skills Open Course

KSL’s Presentations Skills Open Course has been designed for those new to delivering presentations. This is an interactive one-day course, run online via Zoom, with presentation practice and expert feedback to build confidence.

The presentation training covers body language and posture, as well as voice projection and pace. The course also covers presentation tips for maintaining audience interest and promoting interaction.

Telephone Skills Open Course

KSL’s Telephone Skills Open Course is ideal for people in customer service roles. Run online via Zoom, the training covers call answering and telephone etiquette, as well as practical communication skills like rapport building, questioning and listening techniques.

The course also includes complaint handling and dealing with difficult behaviour over the telephone. The training is split into 2 x 3 hour modules, run over two days.
