SHL OPQ32 Manager Report
The SHL OPQ32 Manager Report is based upon the candidate’s responses to a self-report personality questionnaire, the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32i). The questionnaire asks the candidate to describe his/her behaviour, preferences and attitudes, in relation to different aspects of his/her working life, by identifying from blocks of four statements, the one that is most, and the one that is least, like him/her.
The candidate’s responses are then compared against those of a large relevant comparison group to give a profile of the candidate’s perceived preferences for different ways of behaving at work. These are grouped into three main areas:
- Relationships with People (influence, sociability and empathy with others)
- Thinking Style (analysis, creativity and change, and structure)
- Feelings and Emotions (emotion and dynamism)
